NEMO is a multilingual, AI-powered student engagement agent designed to guide prospective students seamlessly from their first inquiry through enrollment. Acting as a personalized digital admissions companion, NEMO delivers immediate, culturally responsive support across multiple languages, time zones, and communication channels, ensuring that every student receives timely, relevant, and engaging assistance throughout their decision-making journey.
By combining conversational AI with deep integration into institutional systems, NEMO answers questions, provides personalized guidance, nurtures prospective students through key enrollment milestones, and connects them with human advisors whenever needed. The result is a more accessible, inclusive, and responsive admissions experience that bridges communication barriers, increases student engagement, improves conversion rates, and enables institutions to scale personalized support while empowering admissions teams to focus on high-value interactions.
NEMO I is deployed through Request for Information (RFI) forms embedded within university websites, where it launches as an AI-powered conversational assistant for prospective students. Seamlessly integrated with the university’s CRM, NEMO understands each student’s interests and intent, provides immediate, personalized answers to questions about programs, admissions, tuition, and campus life, and intelligently guides students toward the next step in their enrollment journey. When appropriate, it seamlessly hands off conversations or schedules appointments with human admissions advisors, ensuring a smooth transition from digital engagement to personalized support.
Building on NEMO I’s inbound capabilities, NEMO II introduces intelligent outbound follow-up through AI-powered voice calling. The system proactively contacts prospective students who have expressed interest but have not completed key actions—such as scheduling or attending an admissions appointment. An advanced scheduling engine manages outreach using configurable calling windows, retry intervals, delays, and contact limits, enabling institutions to optimize engagement while respecting student preferences. These proactive interactions help recover otherwise lost opportunities, improve conversion rates, and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.

In both versions, NEMO is designed to augment—not replace—human admissions advisors. By automating routine interactions and responding instantly to common inquiries, NEMO enables advisors to focus on higher-value conversations that require empathy, expertise, and personalized guidance.
